Chris Major is a Michigan native and specializes in landscape, exterior architecture, and garden photography. He was raised on a family farm which instilled a sense of wonder and appreciation for things that grow. Later he became an award-winning landscape designer, while working at a West Michigan design/build firm for 12 years. After transitioning from designing to full time photography, Chris is focused on crafting images for the greater landscape industry. He’s travelled across the U.S. and abroad to capture photos that enhance the perception of our outdoor environment. When he is not creating images for landscape professionals across the nation, he also teaches horticulture for Michigan State University and is a Certified Green Industry Professional by the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association.


Patrick DuChene is the owner of DuChene Design Solutions, located in Ocean City, MD providing landscape design, 3d visualization and consulting for landscape contractors in the design-build industry. Patrick specializes in consulting for profitable and productive design processes and workflow, estimating and production efficiencies, and increasing closing rates with streamlined sales processes and presentations. Patrick’s 27+ years in the industry, and experience managing multi-million-dollar landscape design/ build divisions has equipped him with the sales, estimating and construction experience to provide a dynamic and comprehensive design service for his clients. Patrick and his design team at DuChene Design Solutions deliver the highest level of customer service to every client, every day, every project.

Patrick hosts workshops across North America teaching DynaScape Design, DynaScape Color and his proven design workflow that has made his business what it is today. Patrick is also the online instructor for the DynaScape Design CAD for Landscape Designers course at the New York Botanical Gardens.

Beth is entering her 35th year in the world of Horticulture. She began her career as a landscape designer at Weall and Cullen Garden Centre. She studied Landscape Architecture at Ryerson and opened her design firm, Designs By The Yard in 1994.

Beth discovered her love of teaching when she taught workshops at Landscape Ontario for the certification program. This led to her teaching part time at numerous colleges throughout Ontario.

Beth is currently teaching online courses, is the Artistic Director of The Toronto Christmas Market at The Toronto Distillery District and enjoys being selective about the Landscape Design Projects she now pursues.
